We are committed to maintaining a secure environment for our community to shop for luxury sleepwear. If you are a security researcher and have discovered a potential vulnerability in our platform, we appreciate your help in disclosing it to us in a responsible manner.

Our Commitment

If you report a vulnerability in good faith, we pledge to:

• Acknowledge receipt of your report in a timely manner.
• Work with you to understand and validate the issue.
• Address the vulnerability promptly based on its severity.
• Not pursue legal action against you, provided you follow the guidelines outlined below.

Reporting Guidelines

To ensure the safety of our users and the brand, we ask that you:

1. Direct Communication: Share the details of any suspected vulnerability exclusively with us by emailing hello@morawear.co.
2. Privacy First: Do not access, modify, or delete any data that does not belong to you. Use your own accounts for testing purposes.
3. Confidentiality: Allow us a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue before sharing any information publicly or with third parties.
4. Avoid Disruption: Do not perform “Denial of Service” (DoS) attacks, spam, or social engineering against our staff or customers.

Scope

This policy applies to the Morawear.co website and associated digital services. It does not cover physical security, social engineering, or third-party integrations (unless the vulnerability originates from our implementation).

How to Submit

Please include a detailed description of the vulnerability, the steps required to reproduce it, and the potential impact. If possible, include screenshots or code snippets to help our technical team address the matter efficiently.

Recognition

As a boutique brand, we do not currently offer a formal “bug bounty” financial reward program. However, for significant findings, we are happy to provide a letter of appreciation or, in certain cases, a token of gratitude from our luxury collection.
